These files contain various summaries of blast searches. The first four files are comma-deliminated suitable for import into a spreadsheet program. The next two files are web pages that contains an overall summary plus links to the actual blast results.

The speadsheet compatible files (expectation value cutoff is 10-5):

• All Contains all blast hits without regard to significance.
• All with e-value cutoff Contains all blast hits; insignificant hits are indicated.
• Top hit Contains only the top line of each blast result without regard to significance.
• Top hit with e-value cutoff Contains only the top line of each blast result; insignificant hits are indicated.

The next web pages contain the top line from each blast hit with significance taken into account. The pages also have links to the individual sequences and the raw blast results.
